For many Indian consumers, the Reliance Jio service appears to be unavailable. While many users in Delhi are reporting no problems at all, reports on X (formerly Twitter) suggest that the problem is specific to users in Mumbai.
Due to minor technical challenges, some Jio subscribers in Mumbai had trouble using their services without interruption this morning. The issue has been fixed, and Jio’s flawless services are now fully operational again. A Reliance Jio representative stated, “We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused our subscribers.”
For many Indian consumers, the Reliance Jio service appears to be unavailable. While many users in Delhi are reporting no problems at all, reports on X (formerly Twitter) suggest that the problem is specific to users in Mumbai. This is all the information you require about it.
Jio Network Issue
Over 10,000 individuals were impacted by the Jio network outage, which was initially reported at 12:15 PM, according to the well-known Down Detector website. It reveals that while 19% of users had problems with mobile internet, 65% of customers reported no signal problems. About 16% of Jio customers report having problems with the JioFiber network.
It’s interesting to note that a few users of X also complained about difficulties loading the MyJio app.
Reliance hasn’t acknowledged the problem as of yet, but it shouldn’t take long to fix given millions of consumers haven’t been affected.
It has also been claimed that the Jio app and website are not working, which makes it more difficult for users to report or address the problem. Reliance Jio’s announcements on the restoration of services and the reason for the outage are keenly awaited by users. “This morning, some Jio customers in Mumbai faced problems in availing seamless services on account of minor technical issues,” Jio said.
