Popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as “BeerBiceps,” was the target of a cyberattack on Thursday, September 26, which compromised two of his YouTube channels. Allahbadia revealed that hackers had taken over his channels in an Instagram post. BeerBiceps’s channel was renamed to “@Tesla.event.trump_2024,” and his personal account to “@Elon.trump.tesla_live2024.”

According to the reports, the hackers deleted a significant portion of his content, including podcasts and interviews, and replaced it with outdated streams of Donald Trump and Elon Musk events. Consequently, YouTube deleted the hacked channels and indicated that the pages were no longer accessible.
Additionally, the hackers released films in which Elon Musk’s AI-generated avatars exhort viewers to buy cryptocurrencies. By offering to double viewers’ money if they invested their Bitcoin or Ethereum in a dubious website called elonweb.net, they attempted to entice viewers into falling for a cryptocurrency scam.
Allahbadia made a vague allusion to the hack in one of his Instagram stories, even though he hasn’t yet released an official comment on the subject. “Celebrating my two main channels being hacked with my favourite food,” he wrote as the caption for a picture of a lunch.
