US Election Results 2024 – Donald Trump and Kamala Harris engaged in a heated contest for Pennsylvania on Monday, bringing the presidential contest to a conclusion.
In a fierce contest for Pennsylvania on Monday, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump concluded this year’s presidential contest, making their last pleas to voters in a state that may be crucial in choosing the next president. At the renowned steps of the art museum, which were made famous by the film Rocky, Harris concluded her day in Philadelphia by saying, “the momentum is on our side.” She had already travelled to Pittsburgh, Scranton, and Allentown. She also stopped in Reading to meet with voters at a Puerto Rican eatery and even canvassed door-to-door with campaign workers.
Harris said to a woman who had already voted for the Democratic ticket, “I just wanted to come by and say I hope to earn your vote on this day before the election.”
Trump, meanwhile, stopped in Reading and Pittsburgh throughout his day, which started in North Carolina and ended in Michigan. At each venue, the former president gave ferocious remarks that combined threats of migrant crime, vows to “revitalise” America, and baseless allegations of voter fraud.
Trump addressed the audience, “With your vote tomorrow, we can solve every single issue our nation faces and take America—and the entire world—to new heights of glory.”
Harris avoided calling out Trump by name and instead concentrated on optimism for the future, but the Republican nominee did not hold back and attacked his opponent frequently. At his own rally in Atlanta, his running mate, Senator JD Vance of Ohio, echoed the idea, saying, “We are going to take out the trash in Washington, D.C., and the trash’s name is Kamala Harris.”
The Election Lab at the University of Florida, which monitors early and mail-in voting nationwide, reports that as of Sunday, more than 82 million Americans had already cast their ballots.
