The festival will also feature a performance by the 26-year-old Canadian popstar. With the caption, “So excited @lollaindia (red heart emojis),” he posted the lineup to Instagram Stories.

Humanity
Big Dawgs, an English song that became an international sensation, is the latest release from Indian rapper Hanumankind. On YouTube, it has received more than 57 million views. Writer and composer of the song, it became well-known for its politically charged lyrics about identity and its imaginative music video, which was filmed inside the iconic ‘wall of death’ funfair attraction.

In addition, Hanumankind—real name: Sooraj Cherukat—will appear in the Malayalam crime film Rifle Club, directed by Aashiq Abu, as the son of Anurag Kashyap.

Hanumankind is playing in Bengaluru and Mumbai on September 13 and 15, respectively, prior to Lollapalooza.

Louis Tomlinson, Raftaar, Dot., and Lisa Mishra—who recently made her acting debut in Call Me Bae—are among the other performers on the lineup.
